3 days of pure joy at Deutsche Telekom
AWAK3 - the employee festival
15,000 employees, a great atmosphere, exciting keynote speeches and work meetings, more than 25 adventure workshops and sports activities, glamping, lots of good food and drinks and 12 great concerts on 2 large stages. Deutsche Telekom's three-day employee festival AWAK3 was a very special way of thanking its employees for their tireless efforts during the pandemic. Each day of the festival consisted of a mixture of three elements: Work meetings, experiential workshops/sports activities and entertainment. Finally getting together in person again, working on new ideas together and celebrating at great concerts in the evening! We are more than proud that we were able to support Deutsche Telekom as the lead agency in this mammoth project.
Three days full of inspiration, learning, exchange and joy
InSPEIRAtion Summit 2023
Once again, we had the pleasure of designing and organizing the three-day summit for Speira. In Amsterdam, around 210 managers from the aluminum company were able to experience an unforgettable event that offered both informative meetings and an entertaining supporting program - from a boat tour, a gala dinner, an impressive show with award ceremony to a social project in which they collected plastic waste from the city's canals as a team. A complete success!

Advent meeting
A look back at the magical Advent get-together for 500 Contribution Services employees: Gingerbread hearts in individual company designs gave the event a sweet touch right at the entrance! Kale, spaetzle, waffles and mulled wine could be enjoyed at lovingly designed stalls, between fir trees and twinkling lights. A sing-along concert, curling, Christmas post and a magical wishing tree made for unforgettable moments.

Green Juice Festival
The Green Juice Festival is one of our first projects and has been our "baby" (which has grown in the meantime) since 2008, for which we put a lot of heart and soul into. In 2023, for the second time in a row, we hosted around 15,000 visitors. Every year, people of all ages flock to Neu-Vilich Park and celebrate for up to three days to rock, pop and indie music. fünfdrei eventagentur is responsible for the entire production planning, implementation and follow-up.
UN1TE
Toyota Campus Olympics
Toyota's UN1TE Campus Olympics was more than just an event. It was a day where we focused on the big picture. Sports challenges such as basketball, slack line and wheelchair course brought the 300 employees even closer together as a team. Inspiring conversations with Olympic and Paralympic athletes brought motivation for the future and the comfortably designed food area offered places for exchanging ideas with each other. It was a day that bridged the gap between different organizations at Toyota, emphasized the vision for the future, and kicked off the countdown to the 2024 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris.
More than just an event!

In close cooperation with Deutsche Telekom, we created two inspiring days in Berlin for 450 specialists and executives. Highlights included exciting panel discussions, interactive specialist workshops, the inspiring keynote speech by astronaut Nicola Winter, and an impressive evening event at the Club Theater am Potsdamer Platz with live cooking, a fascinating LED pixel show, the Telekom Big Band and an entertaining play area for participants.

A little piece of Hawaii in Bonn
As soon as they entered the location, the guests of the Bechtle IT Bonn summer party were immersed in a true island paradise full of exotic adventures. With great activities like surfing, climbing, a pirate ship and an exciting raffle, we guaranteed best entertainment for young and old. With a fresh cocktail and delicious food, everyone could recover from the action in the beach chair, while the Bonn band Knallblech ensured an exuberant party mood and the Junge Theater fascinated especially the children with its performance that afternoon. Everyone could then capture the perfect summer mood together in a photo box with fun accessories to take home.

Westfield Good Festival
Two weeks, up to 40,000 visitors daily, live performances, workshops, information and action booths, panel discussions and a Hand Made market. Thanks to all visitors, artists and supporters! Together we have shown that topics like sustainability and a relaxed shopping experience can be combined.
A journey through time
A happening with nostalgic flair
We had the pleasure of inviting the employees of Telekom Deutschland GmbH (private customer division) to a captivating journey through time over four floors in their office building! It was a great event where the employees could discover the premises and the other business units. Using floor stickers, large foil plots, retro furniture and matching activities, we transformed each floor into a decade, starting with the 1970s and ending with the 2000s. A fantastic opportunity to get to know colleagues and discover the diversity of Deutsche Telekom.

20 years of DHL IT Services
At the end of September, DHL IT Services, IT provider at the world's leading logistics company Deutsche Post DHL, celebrated the 20th anniversary of the German company. For this purpose, we lovingly designed the interior and exterior of a great location in Cologne with selected decorative elements in the company's design and offered a varied program. It was the first live event after several years and represented a big thank you for the successful time together. Among other things, the 380 employees were treated to a giant carousel, an arcade area with game consoles, fairground booths with can tossing and hot wire, a photo box for individual souvenir photos in front of an impressive balloon arch, and a four-tier anniversary cake. Several live acts provided musical entertainment throughout the day and a great atmosphere for colleagues at the party in the evening.
Sustainable, social, ecological - Bank
Autumn festival deep in the west
Deep in the west, where GLS Bank has its headquarters, 600 employees danced and laughed and at the same time generated energy while dancing. The whole team simply said "thank you" for the successful years. In addition, there was organically grown local food and drinks to meet the responsibility towards nature. The program included, for example, the premiere of the brand new corporate film, a performance by the company's own big band and the "passing of the torch" from the old to the new board. "Bochum" by Herbert Grönemeyer and a few other surprises were of course not to be missed in the evening.
Back to the 90s
edoc solutions
Under the motto "Back to the 90's", we immersed 130 guests in a time full of nostalgia and fun on the occasion of edoc solutions ag's 25th anniversary. Bright neon colors, activities like Twister and iconic sweets instantly transported everyone back to the 90's. Shiny foil plots on the floor and a rousing live band created the perfect atmosphere. Food trucks with popular treats were waiting in the courtyard, while the company's founder gave a touching speech. A successful anniversary all around!
Trade fair appearance with a difference
ITENOS at the Digital X
For ITENOS GmbH, we designed a bar in the heart of Cologne entirely in cloud design on the occasion of Digital X. Instead of a classic trade fair booth ambience, a lively area awaited the visitors, which encouraged them to participate and inform themselves. True to the motto "ITENOS IT's us", the company was able to present itself and its services in an innovative way. A selfie-coffee station, a tricky guessing puzzle and a delicious ice cream in the shape of a cloud invited to get more intensively involved with ITENOS and its products. In addition, a casual and cloudy atmosphere with a large LED wall, fresh drinks and delicious food additionally promoted the exciting professional exchange on cloud topics. As a special highlight, the guests were able to have their portrait digitally drawn by two caricaturists and subsequently have an individual protective foil print made for their smartphone.

Fair feeling for young and old
For the 20th anniversary of the Bunte Kreis Rheinland e.V., we transformed the Bonn Base Camp into a colorful fair for one day. For friends, partners, sponsors and members and their families, there was a diverse program and great offers such as a carousel, face painting for children or a fun curling track with many opportunities for exchange and togetherness. The anniversary was rounded off with the broadcast of the song "Daheim", composed especially for the association by Höhner lead singer Patrick Lück.

Joint finish at the leading aluminum trade fair
Under the motto "an evening #inspeiradbyaluminum", Speira celebrated its three-day trade fair appearance at the world's leading trade fair ALUMINIUM in Düsseldorf together with 150 invited guests. In an impressive location in Düsseldorf, visitors* were able to immerse themselves in the exciting world of Speira at the end of September. Over refreshing drinks and a delicious dinner, people exchanged ideas and chatted extensively. Various musical interludes invited to let the evening come to an end together in an appropriate and relaxed way. Our photo box captured shared snapshots and the Speira spirit, so that all guests went home happy and, above all, with a beautiful memory of the trade fair and celebration.
Creative exchange of the hospitality industry
SIP - Share. Inspire. Pioneer.
With our support in location and furniture selection, we created the right environment for the SIP. Session by Pernod Ricard the right environment for interactive exchange. 120 creatives and pioneers from the bar, club, restaurant, hotel, event and festival sectors came together in an exclusive Düsseldorf location in the summer of 2022 to rethink the future of the hospitality industry. Inspiring workshops and exciting panel talks invited to discuss ideas and share experiences in front of the stage set designed by us. In the process, industry professionals were able to focus on the essentials over fancy drinks thanks to our smooth on-site execution. Namely, developing solutions for a sustainable work culture. The greatest praise for us: seeing the participants go home with a motivated smile.

Sound wave for the Ahr valley
On a free-standing area at the Post Tower, we quickly set up an event area with entertainment consisting of water fountains, fire, lasers, light and music as well as live acts and a wide range of gastronomic offerings. For eight days, people marveled, sang and swayed together - and all for a good cause! Around 30,000 visitors, 200,000 euros in donations for the Ahr Valley, seven out of eight sold-out shows, thousands of enthusiastic faces, incredible feedback and endless emotions in front of, behind and on stage: that was the Klangwelle für's Ahrtal at the Post Tower!
Second season for Germany's largest open-air venue in Corona times
BonnLive Culture Garden
In its second year, the BonnLive Kulturgarten was once again Germany's largest open-air event site, despite the new location, as it was in the Corona summer of 2020. Top acts such as Helge Schneider, SSIO, Revolverheld and Querbeat heated up the plots - safely and without risk of contagion.
Porsche Centre Bonn
Launch of the new Macan
At the beginning of October 2021, we staged the launch of the new Macan at the Porsche Center Bonn. In keeping with the style of the brand and tailored to the target group, the new Porsche Macan was duly presented using exciting staging techniques. After a speech by the new Managing Director Thomas Hetzer, a greeting via video by the Germany-wide Porsche Managing Director Alexander Pollich and a countdown, paired with music and visual stimuli, the new Macan, covered by a curtain, was presented live in front of 400 people.

BonnLive Open Air
In cooperation with Deutsche Telekom, the forecourt of the Telekom Forum in Bonn-Beuel becomes the venue for the varied BonnLive program. Fans of comedy, music and theater can look forward to experiencing live culture together. Among others, Juli, David Puentez, 257ers, Helge Schneider, Beethoven Orchester Bonn and the Junge Theater Bonn have already taken part.
Three unforgettable days for the Speira leadership team
inSPEIRAtion summit 2022
After a hybrid summit at the end of 2021, around 170 managers and change leaders from the Speira aluminum group were finally able to meet in person in mid-May 2022. The three-day corporate event at various locations in Düsseldorf kicked off with a festive awards ceremony, gala dinner and an impressive magic show and choir performance. On the second day, the international participants were treated to motivating speakers at the conference and a delicious dinner and party in the evening. On the last day, the participants worked together to make prosthetic hands for a good cause, demonstrating their strong team spirit.
