Then apply now, because we are looking for a full-time social media and marketing manager for the Green Juice Festival to join our communications team from July 1 or 15, 2025.
This year's Green Juice Festival takes place on August 1 and 2. In the best case scenario, you'll already be there.
These are your tasks:
- Planning and target group-oriented implementation of meaningful online and offline marketing measures on various channels (including website, social media, newsletter, app, press, public space, events, merchandise)
- Optimization of the marketing strategy for the Green Juice Festival in coordination with
- Further development and optimization of the corporate identity including design, language and behavior/awareness
- Monitoring and analysis of the relevant key figures for optimizing measures
- Planning and management of the marketing budget
- Acquisition and agreement of marketing cooperations with media companies, online platforms, universities and other festivals, among others
- Coordination of the GJF Street Team and the media team on site
- Briefing and managing service providers (e.g. for graphics, video, photography, merchandise)
- Creation of (sales) presentations and decision documents
What you bring with you:
- Completed training or degree in marketing and communication or media studies
- Desirable: 1-3 years of professional experience; experience in the field of public events, e.g. concerts/music festivals
- Creativity, courage to come up with fresh ideas and strong implementation skills
- Independent, reliable, organized and responsible way of working
- Confident and open demeanor
- Team and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills
- Very confident in using common social media platforms and MS Office applications
- Practical knowledge of image/video editing, text and graphics creation and content formatting
