These are your tasks:

• Collaboration in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of existing event formats
• Coordination of appointments, resources and service providers
• Contributing your own ideas to the development of new creative event formats and their implementation
• Integration into the daily office tasks of our event agency

What you bring with you:

• Completed high school diploma
• Desirable: Studies in the field of economics, humanities or social sciences - preferably with a corresponding focus on event management or marketing
• Creativity, the courage to come up with fresh ideas and the ability to implement them with your hands-on mentality
• Independent, reliable, organized and responsible way of working
• Flexibility, confident demeanor, teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills
• Confident in using MS Office applications
